摘　　要：丰宇铁合金有限责任公司自建厂投产以来,在铁合金电炉炉衬砌筑过程中,采用了多种砌筑工艺,也发生了多次的穿炉事故,在多年的生产实践中,总结出了砌筑的关键点,以及与之配套的开炉要点,为成功砌筑电炉炉衬和开炉提供了建议。During the lining building of ferroalloy submerged arc furnace, there are many different building process to Fengzhen Fengyu Ferroalloy Co. Ltd. since its foundation. Accordingly, it happened many times of accidents of burning through furnaces. On the basis of years of production practice, this paper summarizes the key point of lining building and matching blow-in key point. It provides advice of successful lining building and blow-in.
