摘 要:对燃煤机组SCR脱硝装置运行中问题进行了分析研究,探讨了烟气流场不均、NH3/NOx摩尔比分布不均、空预器结垢严重和脱硝CEMS代表性差的原因及相应措施。结果发现,通过脱硝入口烟道导流及整流、喷氨优化及严格控制氨逃逸率,明显改善SCR脱硝装置运行效果和提高脱硝效率,研究结果对节能减排工作有促进作用。Operation problems of coal -fired units SCR denitrification were analyzed, discussed the flue gas flow field uneven, NH3/NO,mole ratio of the uneven distribution, air pre - heater fouling serious and denitration CEMS poor representation of causes and correspondin^-neasures. It was found through the inlet flue denitration diversion and rectification, ammonia injection optimization and strict control of ammonia eacape rate, significant- ly improved operating results SCR denitdfication system and improve the efficiency of denitrification, research results significantly promote the action of energy saving and emission reduction in power industry.
