摘 要:近年来,风、光电等新能源发展迅速,而相配套的水、火电等常规能源发展速度放缓,且在电网并网电源结构中,所占比例呈逐年下降趋势。以某电网为例,从风电反调峰出现概率以及风电对电网负荷的实时贡献两方面分析大规模新能源系统接入电网后对系统调峰产生的影响;并对该电网水、火电等常规电源的现有开机方式与系统调峰之间的关系进行了研究,在此基础上核算出该电网的调峰能力以及能够接纳风电的规模。New energy including wind and photovoltaicis developing rapidly in recent years, while the corresponding normal energy is slowing down, such as water, thermal power and so on. Simultaneously, the ratio of normal energy goes down in the structure of network grid power with each passing year. We conduct research intothe effect of the large - scale new energy access to power grid on system peak regulation, which is based on the probability of wind power peak shaving and the real - time contribution made by wind power to the burden of grid. In addition, the relationship between the available power-on mode of conventional power source and the systematic peak regulation was also studied. Consequently, we can obtain the ability of peak regulation and the scale to taking in wind sources.
