摘  要:为了研究抗菌肽制剂对妊娠母猪蓝耳病抗体水平及生产性能的影响,根据品种相同、体重相当的原则,随机选取180头妊娠母猪,试验A组、B组以及对照组各60头,试验A、B组饲料中添加0.3%、0.5%抗菌肽,对照组饲料中添加抗生素。通过ELISA抗体检测方法 ,分别检测试验组和对照组的蓝耳病抗体水平。结果表明:试验A、B组的蓝耳病抗体水平(S/P值)的稳定比例分别为80%和88.3%,显著高于对照组的68.33%(P≤0.05);试验A、B组的死胎率、窝均木乃伊数和死胎数均显著低于对照组(P≤0.05),窝均健仔数显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。In order to study the effect of antimicrobial peptide on the levels of the PRRS antibody and production performance of pregnant sows, According to the principle of the same variety and similar weight, this study randomly selected 180 pregnant sows, the test group A, B and control group each accounted for 60 among them. Test A, B group are added 0.3%, 0.5% antibacterial peptide respectly and the control group is added antibiotics. By means of ELISA antibody detection method, test the levels of the PRRS antibody in test group and control group respectively. Results show: the levels of the PRRS antibody(S/P)in A and B group is 80% and 88.3%respectively, and significantly higher than 68.33% of the control group(P ≤0.05); in stillbirth rate and the number of mummy and stillbirths, A、B group were significantly lower than the control group(P≤0.05); significantly higher than control group in the litter size(P≤0.05).
