摘　　要：“电子商务法”草案稿有望形成法律，电商平台的连带责任问题或将有法可循。实践中，不应一概要求电商平台承担连带责任，而应根据网络交易中介者在其中参与的程度和身份来界定责任，The draft of e-commerce law may besigned into law, e-commerce platform shall assume joint liability that may be able to justify in law. In practice, e-commerce platform shall not be liable for all lost, it should be justified by the extent of management and roles.
