摘 要:建立了钢制薄壁球形容器爆破压力计算公式精度的评价指标。基于55组球形容器爆破压力实测数据,计算并对比分析了中径公式、福贝尔公式以及相关文献提出的两种计算公式的精度指标数值。研究表明,对多层球形容器,当材料屈强比为0.7209—0.8475且容器径比为1.053-1.107时,中径公式准确度(计算值与实测值之比)平均值为0.9770,变异系数为0.0354;对单层球形容器,当材料屈强比为0.3362~0.5208且容器径比为1.109~1.257时,中径公式准确度平均值为1.1853,变异系数为0.0998。在4种球形容器爆破压力计算公式中,中径公式计算结果精度高、稳定性好且适用性广。The evaluation indexes of burst pressure calculation precision for steel thin-walled sphericalvessels were established. Four formulas including mid-diameter formula, Faupel formula and other two for-mulas proposed in the literature were focused. Values of evaluation indexes calculated according to thesefour formulas were compared, based on 55 groups of tested burst pressure values of spherical vessels. Re-sults indicate that : For muhi-layer spherical vessels, the average value of accuracy ( ratio of calculated val-ue to measured one) and the coefficient of variation both calculated according to the mid-diameter formulaare 0. 9770 and 0. 0354 respectively, with the yield ratio of vessel materials ranging from 0. 7209 to0. 8475,and the diameter ratio ranging from 1. 053 to 1. 107. For single-layer spherical vessels, the aver-age value of accuracy and the coefficient of variation both calculated according to the mid-diameter formu-la are 1. 1853 and 0. 0998 respectively,with the yield ratio of vessel materials ranging from 0. 3362 toO. 5208 ,and the diameter ratio ranging from 1. 109 to 1. 257. Mid-diameter formula was found to be theone with highest accuracy, best stability and widest applicability among all these four formulas.
