摘  要:100S是一个甘蓝型油菜新型温敏核不育系。利用油菜2个自交系(09157和09254)、3个温敏核不育系(湘油402S、104S和Z094S)和4个隐性核不育系(402AB、104AB、209AB和127AB)与之测交进行遗传分析。结果表明,100S的育性受2对隐性不育基因和2对主效温敏基因及微效基因的共同调控,而不受细胞质的影响。基因等位性分析表明,100S与温敏核不育系湘油402S、104S、Z09S的育性受不同的遗传系统调控,它们的不育基因均为非等位基因,同时100S的温敏基因对其他不育系的不育基因不起调控作用,且其他不育系的温敏基因对100S的不育基因也不起调控作用。100S的不育基因与隐性核不育系127A的不育基因为等位基因,且100S的温敏基因对127A的育性具有调控作用。继续用100S与127B进行测交,其后代的育性调查进一步验证了上述结果。100S is a new thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line of Brassica napus. Two rapeseed inbreeding lines(09157and 09254), three thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines(Xiangyou 402 S, 104 S and Z094S) and four recessive genic male sterile lines(402AB, 104 AB, 209 AB and 127AB) were used for the test crossings with 100 S andgenetic analysis. The results showed that the fertility of 100 S was controlled jointly by two pairs of recessive male sterile genes and two pairs of main effective thermo-sensitive genes, there was no effect of the cytoplasm in 100 S. The fertility of 100 S and Xiangyou 402 S, 104 S and Z09 S was regulated by different genetic systems. Their male sterile genes were not allelic. The thermo-sensitive genes of 100 S couldn’t regulate the male sterile genes of Xiangyou 402 S, 104 S and Z09 S, and the thermo-sensitive genes of Xiangyou 402 S, 104 S and Z09 S had no effects on 100 S infertility genes too. The male sterile genes of 100 S and the male genes of recessive genic male sterile line 127 A were allelic. The thermo-sensitive genes of 100 S could control the fertility of 127 A. The above conclusions were further validated by the investigation of inheritance in the offspring from the combination ‘100S×127B’.
