摘　　要：对人民币汇率、热钱流动、房地产价格之间的关联性进行的实证分析表明,人民币汇率变动会影响国际热钱的流动,进而影响房地产价格的变化。总体而言,人民币汇率与房地产价格之间具有长期的负相关关系。但是不同经济状态下,它们之间的相互影响关系也会不尽相同。An empirical analysis of the relationship between the RMB exchange rate, hot money flow and real estate price suggest that RMB exchange rate changes will affect the flow of international hot money, and then affect the real estate price changes. Overall, the RMB exchange rate and real estate prices have a long-term negative correlation relationship. But in the different economy conditions, the interaction relationship between them will be different.
