摘　　要：液压传动风扇是车辆散热系统的关键部件,因其失效将直接影响车辆工作甚至危及人员安全,为验证其可靠性,需要进行有限寿命台架试验.试验结果证明:液压传动风扇各部件之间匹配良好,各处密封、管路等满足工作要求,其有限寿命满足样车设计要求.Hydraulic-driven fan is the key component of the vehicle cooling system. Fan faults will affect the performance of vehicle and the safety of crews. Therefore,a finite life time lab test should be carried out for reliability. The results show that the components within the hydraulic fan can match and wrok well altogether,the pipeline and seal can meet the work requirement and the fan＇s life span fulfills the vehicle design goal.
