摘　　要："以人为本"是我们党执政的价值理念,其中蕴含着丰富的民本、民生、民权等内容。社会主义协商民主坚持"以人为本"的价值论立场,其人本诉求必然首先立基于这三项基本内容。同时,它们也发挥着夯实协商民主主体基础、引领其价值取向、明确其评判尺度的重要作用,为协商民主深入人本实践指明了方向。People-orientation,the ruling philosophy of Communist Party of China,contains a wealth of connotations such as sovereignty of the people,people＇s livelihood,and civil rights,which are the basis of the people-oriented appeal of socialist consultative democracy,because it adheres to the＂people-oriented＂value standpoint.Meanwhile,the connotations also play an important role in laying a solid foundation,guiding a value orientation,specifying an evaluation scale for consultative democracy,directing the people-oriented practice of consultative democracy.
