摘　　要：从精神文化、制度文化、物质与环境文化以及行为文化四个维度明晰大学文化的内涵和特征,分析和归纳大学文化四维度的构成要素,并以大学精神文化为例建立其构成要素的系统动力学仿真流图,仿真分析大学精神文化建设效应,厘清影响大学精神文化建设的关键因素,对大学文化建设提出建议。In this paper,the connotation and characteristics of university culture are specified in terms of spiritual culture,institution culture,material and environmental culture,and behavior culture.Based on the defined connotation and characteristics,the components of university culture are analyzed and summed up,the simulated flow diagram of system dynamics of the components is established with university culture as an example,the effect of university spiritual culture construction is analyzed with simulation,and the key influential factors of university spiritual culture construction are clarified.
