摘 要:超大功率电机斩波串级调速系统节能空间远大于小功率电机,但目前鲜有研究,主要是因为单个IGBT构成的斩波器不能解决超大功率电机转子电压高且电流过大问题。针对性提出多路斩波并联电路拓扑结构,基于状态空间平均法对主回路进行分析,建立系统数学模型。采用叠层母排结构,利用每个斩波器的电抗器自动均流,实现5 400 k W多路并联调速系统,突破了单路斩波器小电流瓶颈。实验数据表明各斩波支路电流均衡,总和为母线电流值,设备运行稳定,节能效果明显,经济和社会效益突出。Energy saving space in chopper cascade speed control system of super high power motor is much larger than that of small power motor, but there are few studies so far, mainly because single IGBT chopper cannot solve the problem of high voltage of the motor rotor and heavy current of the rotor. The topology structure of multi chopper parallel circuit is put forward in this paper. Based on the state-space average method, the mathematical model of the system is established. The laminated bus bar structure is used to reduce stray inductance, and the chopper re- actor automatically equalizes the current, hence a 5 400 kW chopper parallel cascade speed control system is a- chieved. It broke through the bottleneck of single channel chopper. The experimental data show that the current of the chopping circuit is balanced, and the sum of branch currents is equal to the value of the bus current. Stable op- eration of the equipment and obvious saving effect verify the correctness of the proposed method, and the economic and social benefits are outstanding.
