摘  要:分析了某200 MW汽轮机组存在的问题,提出了对该机组整体优化的改造方案。通过性能考核试验验证,改造后的汽轮机效率得到了提高,3VWO工况下,汽轮机热耗率下降了442.45 k J/(k W·h),折算成发电煤耗率下降量为16.84g/(k W·h),高、中压缸效率分别提高了5.14%、2.21%。热耗降低明显,达到了预期的增容降耗的目的,符合国家节能减排的大战略。This paper analyzes the problems of a 200 MW steam turbine, and puts forward an optimization scheme of the whole unit. After the transformation, the efficiency of the steam turbine is improved and the scheme is veri- fied by the performance tests. Under 3VWO working conditions, the steam turbine heat consumption rate decreased by 442.45 kJ/ ( kW · h) , rectified into electricity coal consumption rate of 16.84 g/ ( kW · h). The efficiency of high pressure cylinder and middle pressure cylinder increased by 5. 14% and 2.21% respectively. The heat consumption is reduced obviously, and the expected purposes of the capacity expanding and consumption reducing are reached. It conforms to the national strategy of energy saving and consumption reducing.
