摘　　要：α-酮酸酯及其衍生物是一种结构特殊的双官能团化合物,具有广泛的生物学活性,在食品、化妆品、有机合成及药物研发中具有重要意义。综述了α-酮酸酯及其衍生物的合成方法,并具体阐述了近年来研究报道的合成该类物质的新方法。α-Keto esters and their derivatives are double functional compounds, they have special structure, which exhibit a broad range of biological activities including antiparasitic, anticancer and antiviral activities. Thus, they have great significance in food, cosmetic, organic synthesis and drug development. This article summarized several new synthetic methods of α-keto esters and their derivatives which have been reported in recent years.
