摘  要:配电网运行方式不同,分布式电源多目标优化的侧重点也不同。提出了一种考虑运行方式的分布式电源多目标优化配置模型,该模型从系统风险性和经济性两方面综合评价DG接入对配电网的影响,根据配电网运行状态的改变,通过改变改进Delphi法的指标权重值调整综合指标的组成。模型求解时,先对目标函数进行无量纲化处理,再采用混沌变异的粒子群算法得出DG最优配置方案。通过算例IEEE-33母线节点系统表明,提出的优化目标函数满足不同运行状态下的优化要求,能有效地改善系统的运行条件,提高系统运行的安全性和经济性。When the distribution network operation mode is not the same, distributed power multi-objective optimization problem in focus is also different. This paper presents a model of multi-objective distribution generation optimized allocation with consideration of operation mode. The model quantitative evaluates the impacts of distribution network when DG is connected from three aspects. The two aspects are risk and Economical. The model changes the index weights which obtained by the improved Delphi method according to the distribution network operation states, so as to evaluate the effect of DG assess to distribution network more accurately. For solving the model, firstly, the objective function is dimensionless, and then obtains the optimal scheme of DG location and sizing by using a chaotic mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm. Through an example of IEEE-33 buses system, the optimal objective function is proposed to meet the requirements of different operational state optimization, can ameliorate system operating condi- tions, and improve the safety and economy of system.
