摘 要:经粪检确诊为自然感染球虫的75只50日龄断奶湖羊母羔,按试验设计分别投喂百球清(妥曲珠利)、球毕特(地克珠利)、球康宁(磺胺氯吡嗪钠)和球诺(盐酸氨丙啉乙氧酰胺苯甲酯磺胺喹噁啉预混剂),应用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特计数法检查球虫,并计数每克粪便中的卵囊数(OPG),以用药后的球虫卵囊转阴率、卵囊减少率、平均增重率等判定药物疗效和驱虫增重效益。结果表明:按20 mg/kg剂量给予百球清或按1 mg/kg剂量给予地克珠利,1次/d,连用2 d时效果最好,球虫卵囊转阴率和减少率均可达100%,但4种药物均不能长期维持抗球虫效果。用药后14 d和28 d,2次应用百球清组的平均增重率与其他用药组及不用药对照组比较均明显增高,且差异极显著(P<0.01),表明百球清按20 mg/kg剂量给药,1次/d,连用2 d,增重效益最好。75 weaned 50- day- old female lambs of Hu sheep naturally infected with coccidiosis by fecal examination were selected and fed with different coccidiostats,such as Baycox(toltrazuril suspension),diclazuril granules,sulfachloropyrazine sodium soluble power and premix of amprolium hydrochloride,ethopabate and sulfaquinoxaline according to the experimental design respectively. Saturated saline floatation and Mc Master counting method were used to examine the Coccidia and the oocyst production per gram of feces(OPG). The curative effect and the benefit of deworming and weight gain were judged by the Coccidia oocysts negative rate,the oocysts reduction rate and the average weight gain rate before and after treatment. The results showed that:the group using Baycox at 1mg/kg bw dose or using Diclazuril Granules at 20 mg/kg bw dose once a day and continued for two days had the best effect of deworming,the negative rate and reduction rate of oocysts reached 100%. But it was found that all four drugs couldn't sustain long- term anticoccidial effect. 14 d and 28 d after treatment,the average weight gain rate of the Baycox group which used for twice increased obviously when compared with other treatment groups and the control group(P〈0.05). It showed that the Baycox at 20 mg/kg bw doses used once a day and continued for two days had the best benefit of weight gain in the four drugs.
