摘  要:目的观察比较推拿+牵引、特定电磁波治疗仪和红外偏振光治疗仪对空军飞行人员轴性颈痛的临床疗效。方法将120名轴性颈痛患者随机分为3组,每组40人。Ⅰ组(推拿+牵引),采用推拿、牵引疗法,1次/d,7 d为一疗程;Ⅱ组(特定电磁波治疗仪照射组),给予特定电磁波治疗仪治疗,1次/d,7 d为一疗程;Ⅲ组(红外偏振光组照射组),给予红外偏振光治疗,1次/d,7 d为一疗程。3组均在治疗2个疗程后记录病情改善情况,采用目测类比评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评定各组患者的疼痛强度,并分析各治疗方法对轴性颈痛的疗效。结果3组患者轴性颈痛症状均有改善,其中Ⅰ组VAS评分从(7.12±1.21)分下降至(4.82±1.32)分,Ⅱ组VAS评分从(7.41±1.19)分下降至(4.09±1.19)分,Ⅲ组VAS评分从(7.36±1.13)分下降至(3.45±1.06)分,Ⅲ组疗效明显优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论推拿+针灸、特定电磁波治疗仪和红外偏振光可改善空军飞行人员轴性颈痛症状,红外偏振光治疗仪治疗较其他两种方法疗效更为显著。Objective To investigate and compare the clinical curative effects of massage +traction,special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus and polarized infrared light therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of axial neck pain among air force flight personnel. Methods 120 patients with axial neck pain were randomly divided into three groups with 40 sufferers in each group : massage+traction group(group Ⅰ), special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus group(group Ⅱ), and polarized infrared light therapeutic apparatus group(group Ⅲ).Group Ⅰ received massage and traction for 1/d for seven days as one treatment course.Group Ⅱ received special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus exposure for 1/d for seven days as one treatment course.Group Ⅲ received polarized infrared light therapeutic apparatus exposure for 1/d for seven days as one treatment course.The improvement information of the three groups was recorded after 2 course of treatment.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was adopted to evaluate the sufferers' pain intensity, and the curative effect of each therapeutic method to treat axial neck pain was analyzed. Results The symptom of axial neck pain in each group was improved.VAS score in Group Ⅰ decreased from(7.12 ±1.21) to(4.82 ±1.32), group Ⅱ from(7.41 ±1.19)to(4.09 ±1.19), group Ⅲ from(7.36 ±1.13)to(3.45 ±1.06).The curative effect of group Ⅲ was obviously better than that of the other two groups( P〈0.05).Conclusion Massage+traction, special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus, and polarized infrared light therapeutic apparatus can improve the symptom of axial neck pain among air force flight personnel.The curative effect of polarized infrared light therapeutic apparatus is more significant than that of the other two methods.
