摘  要:目的了解预警机飞行人员运动系统疾病谱的构成及其影响因素,为预警机飞行人员运动系统疾病提供早期预警及防治方法。方法资料来源2012-05—2015-05来济南军区青岛第二疗养院疗养的预警机飞行人员所持的《中国人民解放军飞行人(学)员健康登记本》历年大体检记录及调查问卷,并对资料整理分析。结果预警机飞行人员运动系统疾病的发病率约为35.3%。其中脊柱损伤尤为突出,约占运动系统疾病的72.9%。脊柱损伤中腰椎间盘突/膨出约占35.6%,颈椎病约占23.7%,腰椎间盘突/膨出合并颈椎病约占13.6%。结论预警机飞行人员运动系统疾病的高发病率与单次飞行时间较长、固定坐姿、持续高+Gz暴露、机舱温度等因素密切相关,然而这些易患因素又是飞行人员不可避免的工作环境,因此,应当加强相关知识的健康教育,重视常规的预防和治疗措施。Objective To study the constitution of disease spectrum of motor system among Airborne Early Warning Aircraft(AEW) flight personnel and its influence factors, so as to provide early warning and prevention method for motor system diseases among AEW flight personnel. Methods The data source was from the physical examination records and questionnaires held by AEW flight personnel taking recuperation at Jinan Military Region No. 2 Sanatorium, and all data were organized and analyzed. Results The morbidity of motor system diseases among AEW flight personnel was about 35.3%, among which spinal injury was particularly outstanding, accounting for 72.9%.Among spinal injury, lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion accounted for 35.6%, cervical spondylosis for 23.7%, and lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion combined with cervical spondylosis for 13.6%. Conclusion The high morbidity of motor system diseases among AEW flight personnel is closely related to single long flight time,fixed sitting position,continuous exposure of high +Gz,and engine room temperature.But these risk factors are inevitable for flight personnel,so it is important to reinforce the health education of related knowledge,and attach importance to conventional prevention and treatment.
