摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病足病发生与营养代谢指标的相关性。方法选取2型糖尿病患者178例,分成糖尿病非足病组112例和糖尿病足病组66例。检测Hb、Alb、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C指标。采用Logistic回归分析糖尿病足病发生的危险因素,并通过Spearman法进行等级相关分析。结果糖尿病足病组Hb、Alb、HDL-C水平低于糖尿病非足病组,TC、LDL-C水平高于糖尿病非足病组。经多因素回归分析显示,糖尿病足病的发生与Hb、Alb密切相关(OR值分别为0.87和0.74,均P<0.01),经等级相关分析表明,Hb和Alb水平与糖尿病足病发生率之间呈负相关(rs值分别为-0.834和-0.775,均P<0.01)。结论低白蛋白和低血红蛋白是糖尿病足病发生的危险因素。Objective To explore the correlation between diabetic foot development and nutrition metabolism index.Methods 178 patients with type-2 diabetes were divided into groups of non-diabetic foot(n =112)and diabetic foot(n=66).The indexes of Hb, Alb, TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C were examined.Risk factors for diabetic foot were analyzed by logistic regression and Spearman model for rank correlation. Results The levels of Hb, Alb and HDL-C in the diabetic foot group were lower than the non-diabetic foot group, and the levels of TC and LDL-C were higher than the non-diabetic foot group.Multi-factor regression analysis showed diabetic foot development was closely related to Hb and Alb(OR =0.87 and 0.74, P〈0.01).Spearman analysis indicated that the levels of Hb and Alb were negatively related to diabetic foot development( rs=-0.834 and-0.775,P〈0.01).Conclusion Lower Alb and Hb levels are the risk factors for diabetic foot development.
