摘  要:针对露天煤矿开采过程中遇到断层时,煤层顶底板起伏,造成剥采比剧烈变化,煤量接续困难等一系列问题.在保证过断层期间矿山剥采工程过渡接续及剥采比均衡控制的基础上,根据不同断层落差,建立生产剥采比与煤层厚度、倾角、断层落差、台阶坡面角的关系模型.研究薄煤层、中厚煤层、厚煤层在不同断层落差区间下,过断层期间控制生产剥采比的开采方法.以接续工程费用最小为目标函数,优化确定产量接续的时空位置关系.结合胜利东二号露天煤矿首采区出现正断层采用此方法进行实例分析.结果表明:过断层工程接续和剥采比均衡控制技术对露天矿持续生产具有理论指导意义和实用价值.Aiming at the intensive change of stripping ratio, and the difficulties in continuous coal production etc. issues caused by running into faults which result in the ups and downs of coal seam roof and bottoms, this paper established the model of production stripping ratio related to coal seam thickness, dip angle, fault throw, and bench slope angle according to the different fault throws. The control balance between mining and stripping during the fault processing is considered. The thin coal seam, mid thick coal seam and thick coal seam in different fault throw interval, and the fault control during production stripping ratio of mining method were studied. To continue the project cost as objective function, the location relationship between yield connection. was optimized. Shengli No.2 east open pit coal mine of the first mining area appeared faults was used in the case analysis. The results show that the balance control technology of fault connection and the stripping is of theoretical significance and has practical value on the open pit mine sustainable production.
