摘  要:为研究弯桥预应力摩阻损失,采用实验与理论分析的方法,从规范中预应力摩阻损失公式出发,通过对实际工程进行预应力摩阻试验和试验梁的锚具变形预应力损失试验,并采用公路桥梁结构分析软件DR.Bridge,对实际工程进行了实际模拟.研究结果表明:根据所测数据推算得出的k值与规范值也存在一定的偏差,施工因素对管道偏差系数影响很大;实测值接近于根据实测推算μ值、k值所得的模型值,进一步说明实测值可靠,μ和k值能够很好的反映当前管道的摩阻及偏差状况.分析所得结论对弯桥的设计、监控、施工、养护等均有积极的意义.In order to research friction loss of cured bridge, experimental and theoretical analysis methods were used based on the formula for prestress friction loss in the specifications. Actual simulation of engineering was analyzed by using highway bridge structural analysis software DR. Bridge, and the simulation was based on the experiments of restressed friction and the deformation anchor prestress losses of practical Engineering. The results show that some deviations are existing of K values between specifications and calculated value by testing data, and construction factor has great influence on the bias factor of pipleline. Actual value is close to the simulation value by reckoned through testing data μ value and k value, which further illustrates the reliability of the actual value. Pipe friction and bias conditions are well reflected by the value μ and K. The results of analysis provide a positive role for the curved bridge design, monitoring, construction, maintenance and so on.
