摘　　要：随着"一带一路"建设的实施,我国与沿线国家的经贸合作将日益深入,也将为我国服务贸易的发展提供更为广阔的空间。大连作为东北地区对外开放的门户,发展服务贸易具有得天独厚的优势。但与京津沪等发达地区比较,大连在运输服务、金融服务和服务外包等方面仍存在一定差距。基于分析大连服务贸易发展现状与制约因素,提出促进大连服务贸易可持续发展的对策建议:深化金融合作,加强资金融通;完善海运一体化经营,提升运输服务水平;大力发展金融服务贸易;提高服务外包的开放水平;优化服务外包人才队伍结构。With the implementation of the Beh and Road, the economic corporation between China and relating countries along the Road will be improved frequently, which will also provide a more extensive space to the improvement of Chinese service trade. Dalian, as the opening - up gate of north - east area, has a unique advantage in the development of service trade. On the other hand, Dalian has a long way to go when compared with Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other competent cities in transportation service, financial service and service outsourcing. On the basis of current development status and restrictive fac- tors in the development of service trade, this article has provided some suggestions concerning the sustainable development Dalian＇ s service trade as below： deepening financial corporation, reinforcing financing; optimizing integrated management of sea way transportation, improving transportation service; developing financial service trade; promoting opening - up of service outsourcing; diversifying the training of people in service outsourcing business.
