白芍总苷胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探索白芍总苷胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法慢性荨麻疹患者110例进行随机均分组对照组55例,观察组55例。对照组单纯口服枸地氯雷他定片进行治疗,观察组口服枸地氯雷他定片的同时给予白芍总苷胶囊,两组均治疗4周后进行疗效观察,且对治疗有效的患者进行为期3个月的随访。结果观察组有效率为87.3%,对照组有效率为63.7%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。其中观察组用药后出现头晕4例,口干3例,嗜睡3例,不良反应率为18.2%;对照组用药后出现头晕4例,口干2例,嗜睡1例,不良反应率为12.7%,两组不良反应率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论对慢性荨麻疹的患者进行治疗采用白芍总苷胶囊联合枸地氯雷他定片,临床效果明显优于单纯采用枸地氯雷他定片的疗效,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tripterygium glycosides joint Levocetirizine tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 110 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly grouped control group 55 cases,55 cases in the observation group. Control group were orally Levocetirizine tablets for treatment,observation group was treated with Levocetirizine tablets Tripterygium glycosides while giving both groups after four weeks of treatment efficacy,and to be patient a therapeutically effective the three-month follow-up. Results The response rate was 87. 3%,the effective rate was 63. 7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Dizziness four cases in which the observation group after treatment,three cases of dry mouth. Results drowsiness three cases of adverse reactions was 18. 3%; dizziness 4 cases in the control group after treatment,two cases of dry mouth,drowsiness one cases of adverse reactions was 12. 7% There was no difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion groups adverse reaction rates. Conclusions The treatment of patients with chronic urticaria Tripterygium glycosides using joint Levocetirizine tablets,the clinical effect was better than using Levocetirizine tablets effect,worthy of promotion.
