PAN-PEI纤维的制备及其吸附甲醛性能研究

摘  要:以聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN)为基体,以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)上的胺基为功能基团,制备了PAN—PEI除醛纤维。用酸碱滴定法、红外吸收光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对纤维进行了表征。控制环境温度(25±2)℃、相对湿度(50±10)%、甲醛初始浓度为0.96ppm:将1gPAN—PEI纤维放入容积为180L的环境试验舱中,45min后甲醛浓度下降到0.08ppm(国家标准);将100gPAN.PEI纤维制成滤器安装于空气净化器中,在体积为30m3的环境实验舱内运行空气净化器50min后甲醛浓度下降到O.08ppm。PAN-PEI fiber was prepared by grafting polyethyleneimine (PEI) on polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber to remove formaldehyde (HCHO). Acid-base titration, FTIR and SEM were used to characterize the fibers. In the condition of temperature of 25±2℃, relative humidity of 50±10% and the initial concentration of HCHO 0.96ppm, lg PAN-PEI fiber was put in the environmental laboratory modules of 80 liters, and 100g PAN-PEI fiber made as filter and attached to an air cleaner and the cleaner worked in the environmental laboratory modules of 30m3, the consumed time of the concentration of HCHO decreased to the national standard of 0.08ppm were 45 minutes and 50 minutes respectively.
