摘 要:抗冲击性能、抗振性能是测井仪研制过程中要解决的重要问题。以SMC-IC型固井质量水泥密度测井仪屏蔽体为研究对象,通过Inventor三维实体建模,结合测井仪使用环境,对其进行可靠性分析。利用ANSYS软件静力分析和模态分析模块,首先对其进行静态特性分析,以分析结果为依据,对屏蔽体结构改进,增加其抗冲击性能,设计出可靠的屏蔽体。然后,对其进行动态特性中的模态分析,得到其共振频率,并分析共振源,防止屏蔽体发生损坏,影响测井结果。分析结果为测井仪其他零部件设计提供参考。Impact resistance and vibration resistance performance are the important problems which must be solved in the research process of logging instrument. We established the 3D modeling based on the Inventor software, and then analyzed the shield's reliability based on the SMC-IC type logging instrument which could check cementing quality of cement's density. We got the result of the static characteristics analysis based on ANSYS software. According to the result, we changed the shielding body structure as to improve the performance of the impact resistance, got firm shield structure and obtained the result of the dynamic characteristics analysis through using the dynamic analysis modal. According to the result, we got the resonant frequency and the resonance source which could damage the shielding body and affected the results of logging. All of the analysis results could provide a reference for the other of logging parts.
