摘　　要：文章从多角度分析了公立医院改革政策对军队医院发展和经营带来的影响,并通过充分学习领会相关政策、创新服务模式、积极拓展新项目,加强医疗质量管理等方法做出应对,以顺应改革的发展。This article analyzed the impact of the public hospital reform policies which influence the development and the management of military hospitals from multiple perspectives.And we propelled the reform by grasping the essence of the relevant policies,innovating service mode,expanding new projects actively,and strengthening the management of medical quality.
