静配中心药物调配工作质量和效率的方法探讨

摘　　要：目的探究并总结如何有效地提高静配中心的药物调配工作效率和质量。方法对我院静配中心既往的药物调配工作进行回顾,分析该项工作的具体实施过程、先后的改进方法及其效果,总结切实可行的提升药物调配效率的策略。结果通过加强药品核查、灵活运用多种药物调配操作技术,我院的药物调配工作差错事件和风险事件的发生率显著降低,成品质量不断提高。结论规范和改进静配中心的药物调配工作,能够保障医院患者的用药安全性,促进医院各项医疗工作高效开展。Objective To explore and summarize how to effectively improve the static drug distribution center allocation efficiency and quality. Methods In our hospital drugs and preparation of static distribution center always work review and analysis of the specific implementation process of the work, has the improvement methods and effect, summarizes the feasible drug allocation efficiency strategy. Results By strengthening drug verification deployment operation technology, flexible use of various drugs, drugs and preparation of our working errors significantly reduce the incidence of events and event risk, product quality continuously improved. Conclusion The specification and the improvement of the work of static drug distribution center allocation, can guarantee the hospital patients＇ medical security, promote the hospital the medical work carried out efficiently.
