胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀的护理管理措施研究

摘　　要：目的研究并分析对胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀患者优化护理管理措施的效果。方法收集胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀患者共103例,根据随机、单盲、平行对照设计原则分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例),给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组同时给予优化护理措施,后将两组患者的护理总有效率进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率为92.3%(P<0.05)。结论对胫腓骨闭合性骨折早期肿胀患者,实行优化护理管理手段,可以促使护理服务的效率以及质量得到进一步的提高。Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing management measures for the early fracture of tibiofibula closed fracture. Methods To collect 103 cases of patients of tibiofibula closed fracture with early swelling, according to the principles of random, single blind,parallel-group design, 103 cases were divided into control group（51 cases） and observation group（52 cases）. Patients in the control group were given with routine nursing care, observation group were given about give the optimization of nursing measures at the same time. Finally the total effective rate of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patient of tibiofibula closed fracture with early swelling, to implement the optimization of nursing management, can promote the efficiency of nursing service and quality are improved further.
