摘　　要：目的本文就腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术后淋巴囊肿的护理干预效果进行观察与探究。方法选择我院2014年4月~2015年5月收治的行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术的患者68例,其后将本组研究对象按照来院先后顺序进行分组,接受基础护理干预的患者设为对照组,接受综合护理干预的患者设为研究组,对比两组患者术后囊肿发生率。结果研究组患者的囊肿发生率低于对照组,组间由统计学软件进行检验,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术行综合护理干预,可以降低术后淋巴囊肿发生率。Objective In this paper, the observation and exploration of the effect of nursing intervention on patients with lymphatic cyst after laparoscopic radical operation for cervical cancer. Methods 68 cases of patients with lymphatic cyst in our hospital laparoscopic patients were selected as the research object from April 2014 to May 2015. The group of research object in accordance with the order of the hospital group, patients with basic nursing intervention is set to the reference group, the patients received comprehensive nursing intervention for the study group, compared with two groups of patients with incidence rate of postoperative cyst. Results The incidence rate of postoperative cyst of the reference group was lower than that of the control group, there are significant differences between two groups by statistical software. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention of laparoscopic radical operation for cervical cancer can reduce the incidence rate of postoperative lymphatic cyst, which has the value of clinical practice.
