摘　　要：目的评价三维心理护理对行腹壁下动脉穿支（Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator,DIEP）皮瓣乳房再造患者的护理效果。方法选取2013年7月~2014年6月我院收治的乳腺癌患者50例,这50例患者均接受了DIEP皮瓣乳房再造术,对这些患者采取三维心理护理,应用SCL-90自评量表、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）,来评估患者干预前后焦虑和抑郁的发生率。结果通过比较,干预后患者SCL-90评分较干预前降低（P均〈0.01）;抑郁和焦虑的发生率降低（P均〈0.01）。结论三维心理护理可降低术后抑郁和焦虑的发生率,有利于患者病情的康复。Objective To investigate the effect of three dimensional psychological nursing in secondary autologous breast reconstruction by deep inferior epigastric perforator f Iap. Methods From July 2013 to June 2014, 50 patients who underwent deep inferior epigastric perforator f Iap breast reconstruction were collected in our department. All these patients were given three dimensional psychological nursing, the mental status of the patients before and after intervention was evaluated by completing SCL-90, self-rating depressive scale（SDS） and self rating anxiety scale（SAS）. Results After intervention, the scores of SCL-90 were significantly lower than those before intervention（P〈0.01）, the incidence rate of depression and anxiety also significantly decreased after the intervention（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Three dimensional psychological nursing can reduce the incidence rate of depression and anxiety and improve the patients＇ psychologic status.
