摘　　要：目的研究心理护理在青光眼患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月~2016年2月我院收治的青光眼患者71例,并随机分为两组,对比常规护理和心理护理的效果。结果观察组患者的评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论青光眼患者应用心理护理的效果理想。Objective To study the effects of psychological nursing in glaucoma patients. Methods 71 cases of glaucoma patients were randomly divided into two groups from February 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital, compared to the conventional nursing and psychological nursing effect. Results The patients in the observation group were lower than control group, the quality of life score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological care applied to patients with glaucoma have a significant effect.
