摘　　要：分析了石家庄市科技创新驱动发展战略实施现状,指出了影响石家庄市科技创新发展的制约因素,提出了石家庄市实施科技创新驱动发展的对策建议。This paper analyzes the status of the implementation of the science and technology innovation driven development strategy in Shijiazhuang, points out the factors restricting the development of science and technology innovation and puts forward the suggestions.
