摘  要:介绍了茂名2号裂解汽油加氢装置节能改造设计的背景及内容,阐述了前脱C5塔、进料预热器、冷分离罐及加热炉的改造情况,从优化、合理利用装置余热入手,改进了装置的换热流程,大幅降低了燃料气、蒸汽和循环水消耗。装置投产后,对装置运行状况进行了72 h性能考核,各项技术经济指标达到国内同类装置先进水平,综合能耗(标油)下降了9.67 kg/t原料,比改造前下降27.78%,优于设计值,标志着中石化自主研发的裂解汽油加氢节能新工艺在工业应用上获得了成功。This article introduces the background and design of energy saving modification of the No.2 pygas hydrogenation unit in Maoming,including the modification of front-end depentanizer,feed preheater,cold separation tank and heating furnace.The heat exchange process of the unit was improved by means of optimization and rational utilization of waste heat,thus significantly reducing the consumption of fuel gas,steam and cooling water.After being put into operation,the unit passed the 72-hour performance test.All the technical and economic indexes reached the domestic advanced level of similar unit,and the comprehensive energy c onsumption was reduced by 9.67 kg EO/t raw material, decreasing by 27.78% compared with the same period of last year.All the data collected from the performance test are better than the design value,indicating the successful industrial application of the new energy-efficient technology independently developed by SINOPEC for pygas hydrogenation.
