摘  要:乙烯装置生产运行工况的改变对蒸汽的使用和消耗会产生很大的影响,针对扬子石化乙烯联合装置蒸汽系统优化管理的问题,深入分析了辅锅发汽量居高不下的原因,通过一系列的精细管理和技术改进,成功解决了压缩机透平效率过低、裂解炉自产超高压蒸汽(SS)量偏小、辅锅SS压力频繁放空、裂解炉汽包排污量偏大等问题,提出了改善蒸汽管网运行的建议,探索出乙烯装置蒸汽运行管理方向,大幅降低了辅锅发汽量,确保了蒸汽系统的高效和稳定运行。The adjustment on the operating conditions of ethylene plant seriously i nfluences the usage and consumption of steam.This paper analyzes in detail the reasons for the high steam output from the auxiliary boiler to optimize the management on the steam system in the ethylene plant of YPC.The problems including the low efficiency of compressor turbine,the small production of SS from the cracking furnace,the frequent venting of the SS pressure in the auxiliary boiler and the large amount of sewage from the steam drum of furnace were successfully solved by means of delicacy management and technology improvement.Some suggestions were put forward on improving the operation of steam network in ethylene plant and some experiences were found out in managing the steam operation in ethylene plant,thus remarkably reducing the steam output from auxiliary boiler and ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the steam system.
