穴位贴敷结合电针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：观察穴位贴敷结合电针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法：将80例腰背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组采用穴位敷贴配合电针治疗，对照组则单纯给予电针治疗，观察两组临床疗效及疼痛改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为97．5％，显著高于对照组的80．0％（P〈0．05）：治疗后，治疗组VAS评分改善程度显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：穴位贴敷结合电针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎镇痛效果显著，能有效缓解患者腰背部疼痛，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture for lumbodorsal myofascitis. Methods： 80 cases of patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the treatment group treated by acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture therapy, while control group by single electroacupuncture therapy, observed the efficacy and the improvement of pain of two groups. Results： The overall response rate of treatment group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% that of control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the improvement of VAS score of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of acupoint application combined with electroacupuncture for lumbodorsal myofascitis has a significantly analgesic effect, which can effectively relieve the backache of patients, deserves clinical promotion and application.
