摘 要:浇铸了1种球墨铸铁、3种蠕墨铸铁和1种灰铸铁,测试了这5种具有不同抗拉强度试样的主切削力,并分析了抗拉强度与主切削力之间的关系,以及抗拉强度、主切削力与组织的关系。研究结果表明:3种石墨形态的铸铁,其抗拉强度和主切削力均受石墨形态和基体组织的影响,但石墨形态对抗拉强度的影响更为显著,而基体中的珠光体含量对主切削力影响更为显著。不同种类的铸铁,抗拉强度与主切削力之间没有严格的对应关系。A spheroidal graphite cast iron,three compacted graphite irons and a gray cast iron were cast. The main cutting forces of five samples with different tensile strength were measured. The relationships among the tensile strength,main cutting force and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that both of the tensile strength and main cutting force of the cast irons with three graphite morphologies are influenced by the graphite morphology and matrix structure. However,the influence of the graphite morphology on the tensile strength is more obvious and the influence of the pearlite content in matrix on the main cutting force is more obvious. For different kinds of the cast irons,the main cutting force is not well corresponding to the tensile strength.
