摘  要:目的:检测5-羟色胺受体(5-HT2AR)和转运体(SERT)在正常孕妇和妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎盘中的表达并探讨其在妊娠期糖尿病发生中的意义。方法:使用免疫印迹法检测46例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎盘和39例同期分娩的正常孕妇胎盘中5-HT2AR和SERT蛋白的表达。结果:妊娠期糖尿病组的孕前体重指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。妊娠期糖尿病组孕妇胎盘组织中的SERT和5-HT2AR蛋白表达量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在妊娠期糖尿病组孕妇中,孕前BMI≥30 kg/m2的孕妇胎盘组织中SERT和5-HT2AR蛋白表达量低于BMI<30 kg/m2的孕妇(P<0.05)。结论:SERT和5-HT2AR蛋白表达水平的下调与妊娠期糖尿病的发生密切相关。Objective: To investigate the expression and its signification of serotonin receptor( 5-HT2AR) and serotonin transporter( SERT) in gestational diabetic placenta. Methods: 5-HT2 AR and SERT protein expression levels were evaluated by westernblot in 39 cases of normal controls and 46 pregnant women with GDM in the placenta. Results: The mass index of pregnant women with GDM before pregnancy was higher than the control group. There was statistical significant difference( P〈0. 05). There was significantly low level of 5-HT2 AR and SERT protein expression in GDM women's placenta than in the controls( P〈0. 05). The expression of 5-HT2 AR and SERT in the placenta of those GDMS whose BMI exceeded 30 kg / m2 was lower than that in those GDMS whose BMI was less than 30 kg / m2( P〈0. 05).Conclusions: It is suggested that the lower level of expression of SERT and 5-HT2 AR proteins plays a role in the aetiology of GDM.
