摘 要:医学图像三维重建是当前医学图像可视化技术研究的热点,在诊断医学、模拟仿真及手术规划等方面具有广泛的运用。因此,医学图像三维重建技术的研究,具有重要的学术意义和应用价值。本文重点对基于DICOM3.0标准的医学图像三维重建的关键技术进行了研究,包括DICOM3.0文件格式的读写及格式转换、面绘制算法研究与实现、体绘制算法研究与实现这三部分内容。本文在对MITK(Medical imaging Tool Kit)深入了解其技术内幕的基础上,利用其工具包提供的底层算法,在Visual C++6.0开发环境下实现了各种功能。At present, medical image 3-Dimensional reconstruction is a hot shot in the range of medical image visualization study,it has a comprehensive application in such aspects as in diagnostic medicine,analogue simulation and operation planning and so on, therefore,Studying in medical image 3-dimensional reconstruction has an important academic interest and application value.This article emphases on the research of the critical technology for the 3-dimensional reconstruction of medical image based on DICOM 3.0 standard.Including such three parts : read-and-write file format of DICOM 3.0 and transform it into other file formats, research and Implementation of surface rendering algorithm,and research and implementation of volume rendering algorithm. This artMe has go on a in-depth study and research on the MITK (Medical Imaging Tool Kit), based on penetrating into its inside technological foundation, and using the substratum algorithm provided by the tool kit, this article realized all of the functions under the Visual C++ 6.0 build environment.
