B2C E-commerce delivery: the research on the decision factors of in-house and outsourcing logistics within delivery model

摘  要:B2C电商公司选择自建物流或与物流外包的形式来确保高效的配送效率。通过对比京东商城与亚马逊商城的案例来探索电商选择不同物流模式的决策性因素有哪些。In order to find out what the decision factors of in-house and outsourcing logistics within delivery model of e-commerce are, this research does conduct two case studies to collect valid and reliable data to support the results at the end of the research, involving JD.com-the famous B2C online shopping mall in China- and Amazon.corn which is one of the largest B2C retailers in the entire world. With comparing data in practice to literature review, at the end of the research the decision factors of in-house and outsourcing logistics within delivery model of e-commerce would be answered.
