摘 要:为提高凹凸棒石粘土矿开采利用价值,对某一凹凸棒石粘土矿的不同粘土矿层进行表征和应用研究。研究发现该矿属于蒙脱土-凹凸棒土型粘土矿,其上部与下部两层均含有白云石,凹凸棒石含量仅为34.64%和34.27%,而中部凹凸棒石含量高达79.09%。其作为造纸填料,中层矿物留着率达90%,对纸张白度影响较大;上下层矿物留着率达60%,对纸张的白度影响较小。凹凸棒土对纸张的抗张强度和撕裂强度都具有较大影响。In order to improve the application of attapulgite clay minerals,the attapulgites in different clay layer were characterized and applied in paper. It was found that this attapulgite was a kind of smectite- attapulgite clay mineral. There were some dolomites both in the upper and lower layer of this mineral. The content of attapulgite in the middle layer was 79. 09%,which was much higher than those of the upper and lower layer with the amounts of34. 64% and 34. 27%,respectively. As a filler for study,the filler retention of the middle layer was 90%,and it had a greater impact on brightness. The upper and lower layer's filler retention was 60%,it had a smaller impact on the brightness. Both theses clay samples had a greater impact on tensile index and tear index.
