摘  要:采用浆内添加的方法,比较了在助留剂CPAM(阳离子聚丙烯酰胺)体系中不同MCA(三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐)用量对纸张物理性能和阻燃性能的影响,并利用SEM(扫描电镜)、TGA(热重分析)和LOI(极限氧指数测试)等表征手段对阻燃机理进行了研究。结果表明:添加有CPAM+35%MCA(对绝干浆)的纸张相对于空白样,其极限氧指数提高了39%,且纸张起始降解温度由275℃提高到390℃,最快降解温度由351℃提高到487℃,而最大失重速率则由1.66%/℃降低到0.77%/℃。这表明MCA不但有效的增强纸张的热稳定性,而且大大减弱了纸张热裂解的剧烈程度,从而提升了纸张阻燃性能。By adding MCA( melamine cyanurate acid) in pulp,the physical properties and flame retardant properties of paper were compared by different dosage of MCA with the help of CPAM. SEM( scanning electron microscope),TGA( thermos gravimetric analysis) and LOI( limiting oxygen index) were used to study flame retardant mechanism. The results showed that LOI of paper added in CPAM + 35% MCA( on oven dry pulp) was increased by 39% than that of the blank sample,and the initial degradation temperature was raised to 390℃ from 275℃,the fastest weightlessness temperature reached 487℃ from 351℃,while the maximum weight loss rate was lowered to0. 77 % / ℃ from 1. 66 % / ℃. This suggests that the MCA not only effectively enhanced the thermal stability of paper,but also greatly weakened the degree of paper's pyrolysis,thus MCA had significantly improved the flame retardant performance of paper.
