紫茜合剂治疗慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察紫茜合剂治疗慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的疗效。方法:将60例慢性ITP患者随机分为治疗组(紫茜合剂+泼尼松)30例和对照组(单用泼尼松)30例,两组疗程均为2个月。观察两组患者治疗后血小板计数及出血症状改善时间。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率(93.33%)优于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血小板计数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组患者出血症状改善时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。6个月后治疗组随访有效率(57.14%)明显优于对照组(19.23%)(P<0.05)。结论:紫茜合剂治疗慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症疗效显著,还可减少长期应用大剂量糖皮质激素的不良反应,降低复发率。Objective：To observe the efficacy of Ziqian compound for chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia. Methods ：Totally 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（Ziqian compound ＋prednisone） and control group（prednisone alone）,with 30 case in each group. The treatment lasted for 2 months.The platelet count after treatment and the time for relieving bleeding was observed in both groups. Results：The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 86.67% respectively,with a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the platelet count in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The time for relieving bleeding in the treatment group was significant ly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Six months after the treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group and control group was 57.14% and 19.23% respectively,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ziqian compound is effective for chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia,and it can reduce adverse reaction caused by application of high dose glucocorticoid and the recurrence rate.
