摘　　要：民间借贷的风险防范一直是学术界与实务界的热点问题,本文以类型化的研究为视角,利用奈特的风险理论对民间借贷风险进行解构分析,在此基础上,以"主客体关系"作为风险类型划分的标准,将民间借贷风险根据不同的标准,分为以企业标准为依据、以法律问题为依据和以实践操作为依据三方面的风险划分,并且结合笔者此前的调研及研究成果,针对每一方面的内容进行了深入的探讨。Private lending risk prevention has been a hot issue in the academic circle and the practice circle.With the respect of the types of research, and combined with the knight＇s risk theory, the thesis deconstructs and analyzes the risk types of private lending. Based on deconstruction and analysis, with ＂subject-object relationship＂ as the standard of risk classification, we divided private lending risks into 3 kind of ones according to different standards, that is,the enterprise standard as the basis, the legal issues as the basis and practice, and combined with the previous survey and research results, the thesis carries on the deeper discussion to every aspect of the content.
