长株潭城市群能源低碳转型的发展路径研究

摘　　要：气候变暖和能源危机已成为国际社会普遍关注的重大问题,低碳发展、绿色发展已成为区域要求和全民共识。能源是一个地区经济发展的命脉,能源使用所产生的碳排放量在所有碳排放路径中居于首位,是导致全球变暖的重要因素。因此,要想实现低碳转型,就必须大力发展低碳能源,减少能源消耗。文章以长株潭城市群能源低碳转型为例,通过分析其能源消费现状及低碳能源开发现状,探讨长株潭城市群能源低碳转型发展路径,对于长株潭城市群低碳转型综合发展具有重要意义。Climate warming and energy crisis have become the important issues the international society concerned about, low-carbon development, green development has become a regional demand and national consensus.Energy is the lifeblood of a region＇s economic development, energy use carbon emissions generated by the primacy of the all carbon emissions path is an important factor leading to global warming. Therefore, in order to achieve low-carbon transformation, it is necessary to develop low-carbon energy, reduce energy consumption. A case study of energy low-carbon transformation in Chang Zhu Tan City Group, through the analysis of the energy consumption status and low carbon energy development current situation, discussing on the development path of energy low-carbon transformation of Chang Zhu Tan City Group, has important significance for the comprehensive development of the low carbon transformation of the Chang Zhu Tan City Group.
