集束化护理干预对口腔恶性肿瘤患者术后口腔健康相关生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理干预对口腔恶性肿瘤患者术后的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年3月至2014年4月行手术治疗的87例口腔恶性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(42例)。观察组患者采用集束化护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理方法。比较两组患者术后3d、术后7d、出院时、出院后1个月口腔健康评估、口腔健康影响程度的差异以及患者出院后1个月对口腔肿瘤术后相关健康知识的掌握程度。结果观察组患者术后3d、术后7d、出院时、出院后1个月口腔健康评分和口腔健康影响程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。出院后1个月,观察组患者对口腔肿瘤术后相关健康知识掌握率为93.3%,高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论集束化护理干预不仅能提高术后口腔恶性肿瘤患者口腔健康和口腔健康影响程度评分,还可以提高患者对口腔肿瘤术后相关健康知识的掌握率,促进患者的身心康复,值得临床推广。Objective To discusses the impact of bundles of care on oral health related quality of life in patients with oral cancer surgery. Methods From March 2012 to April 2014 in Sichuan Cancer Hospital,87 patients with oral cancer surgery were divided into two groups： 45 cases as the observation group and 42 cases as the control group. After oral cancer surgery,the patients in the observation group accepted bundles of care and those in the control group accepted routine nursing. The oral health related quality of life at 3 d after surgery,7 d after surgery,at the time of outpatient and 1 mo later,as well as the understanding of the health knowledge,were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of quality of life and corresponding effects of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The understanding of health of the observation group was 93. 3%,higher than the control group 78. 6%,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions Application of bundles of care can improve the oral health related quality of life and the understanding of health knowledge.
