摘　　要：目的比较郑州市两种社区卫生服务机构的运行情况。方法随机抽取33所"片医"模式和28所非"片医"模式的社区卫生服务机构,采用问卷调查的方法,了解两种模式下社区卫生服务机构的运行现况。结果 "片医"模式社区卫生服务机构的资源配置、人力资源以及公共卫生服务量优于非"片医"模式社区卫生服务机构。结论 "片医"模式下的社区卫生服务机构运行情况良好。Objective To compare the running condition of two community health service modes in Zhengzhou city. Methods 33 community health services（CHSs）under＂Doctor＇s Responsibility in Locality System＂and 28 CHSs under＂traditional system＂were recruited randomly. Use questionnaire survey to analyze the differences of running condition in the allocation of resources,human resources and public health services between CHSs under different system. Results For the resources allocation,＂Doctor＇s Responsibility in Locality System＂was better in the aspects of fixed assets,patent types and observation beds. For the human resources,＂Doctor＇s Responsibility in Locality System＂was better in the aspects of the medical specialist. For the volume of public health service,＂Doctor＇s Responsibility in Locality System＂was better than traditional system. Conclusion Compared with two different models, the＂Doctor＇s Responsibility in Locality System＂ is relatively developing better.
