摘　　要：目的观察比较AO空心钉(加垫片)与无头加压全螺纹空心钉治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法 60例分为两组,A组:用AO空心钉(加垫片),B组:用无头加压全螺纹空心钉。结果 A组与B组比较,B组治疗效果优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无头加压全螺纹空心钉可作为股骨颈骨折空心钉治疗的首选内固定材料。Objective To observe and compare the AO hollow nail（pads）and headless compression hollow screw in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups. Group A receieved AO cannulated screw（plus gasket）,group B receieved headless compression screw hollow nail. Results A group compared with B group,the postoperative ambulation time,postoperative back to nail healing,strong healing time had statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. Group B was better than that of group A. Conclusion Headless compression full thread hollow screw can be used as the preferred material for internal fixation of femoral neck fracture.
