膝关节镜下清理联合腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜下清理联合腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 24例膝关节骨性关节病例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用膝关节镜下清理联合腓骨近端截骨术治疗,对照组采用膝关节镜下清理术治疗,按照膝关节功能(JOA评分)进行评价。结果治疗组在膝关节功能(JOA评分)与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜下清理联合腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效可靠,微创,术后膝关节功能恢复理想。Objective To explore the clinical curative effectiveness of Knee Arthroscopic Debridement combined with Proximal Fibular Osteotomy for Knee Osteoarthritis. Methods 24 KOA patients were selected and randomly assigned as treatment group and comparison group. The knee arthroscopic debridement with proximal fibular osteotomy was used in the treatment group,while only knee arthroscopic debridement was used in the comparison group. Evaluation was based on Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA）knee functionality score. Results The treatment group had a better JOA than the comparison group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The Knee Arthroscopic Debridement with Proximal Fibular Osteotomy for Knee Osteoarthritis is reliable,minimally invasive,and knee joint functionality recovery is ideal after operation.
