缬沙坦、氨氯地平联合法治疗42例老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨联合缬沙坦、氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的疗效、安全性。方法将84例老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者分为对照组(缬沙坦治疗)、治疗组(缬沙坦+氨氯地平治疗)。结果治疗组血压控制有效率95.2%,高于对照组78.6%,不良反应发生率7.1%,低于对照组21.3%,且P<0.05。讨论联合缬沙坦、氨氯地平治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病,疗效好,安全性高。Objective To study efficacy and safety of valsartan and amlodipine in the treatment of 42 elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes were divided into control grou（valsartan treatment）and the treatment group（valsartan＋amlodipine）. Results The effective rate of blood pressure control in the treatment group was 95.2%,it was higher than the control group of 78.6%,the incidence of adverse reactions 7.1% was lower than 21.3% in the control group,and P 0.05. Conclusion Valsartan and amlodipine in treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes have significant effect.
