摘　　要：MSCTA能较完美地从各个角度展示血管的空间解剖,其技术关键在于:扫描时间的把握和精确的对比剂剂量与注药流率;运用VR、MIP、MPR等后处理技术对图像进行重组,能较好的显示支气管动脉的数目、起源、分布及走行等解剖特征,为相关疾病的诊断及治疗提供信息。MSCTA can perfectly display space of the vascular anatomy,its technical crux is scan time and accurate dose of contrast medium and drug injection flow rate. By using VR,MIP and MPR can display anatomical characteristic of bronchial artery,such as the number of bronchial artery,origin,distribution and direction,providing information for diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
